Booked twin/double room with a sitting area and a private entrance. Everything was perfect, I appreciated that. Location: the hotel was close enough to the beach and the town, oil and spice shop and spice garden and turtul farm and ida restaurant.

the bedroom was comfy and spotless. the staff was helpful and very friendly. the breakfast offered was satisfactory with a variety of food. the hotel has a marvelous location very close to Bentota Beach and the train station with easy access to transport links.

Our whole experience was really great, recommend. Came here for 4 nights with our family, everything was nice. the staff was the best. the hotel is close to the most spectacular beach and the train station. We appreciated the breakfast.

The location of Shan Villa was great, with shops and a market within walking distance. It was conveniently close to a railway station, which was exactly what I wanted. the rooms were spotless and well-equipped with a shower and bath sheets.

I always return to this cozy place for my business trips. Staff kindly assisted me with printing. With free Wi-Fi, parking, beach access, and no smoking, it suits me perfectly. In-room breakfast, laundry, and paid airport shuttle are bonuses. I have no regrets staying here.
